1. Attender - this is the lowest category of those who come to church. They don't have any commitments or responsibilities. They just attend when they can, if they can. We promote these people to the next level of commitment to the church.
2. Member - this is the next category of people in the church. They have been promoted from just attending into being members. As members they have committed to be part of the church on a regular basis, give in support of its ministries and be part of one or more ministries. We promote members to the next level of commitment to our church.
3. Disciple - a disciple is a member who has committed himself to be under a Discipler and be part of a Life Cell (small group dedicated to three things: winning souls, leadership development and cell multiplication). A disciple, after he is trained and equipped, is promoted to become a Discipler.
4. Discipler - a disciple who has finished the PEPSOL training track and is handling his/her own group of disciples.
*PEPSOL is the Acronym for Pre-Encounter / Encounter / Post-Encounter / School of Leaders. This is our Discipleship Training Track. Every disciple goes through this Training Track to become a Leader of Leaders.
